Job Description

Set out, level, and survey the site in accordance with project drawings and design requirements.

Supervise daily site activities including excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, waterproofing, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.

Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site; arrange material testing when required.

Check and verify line, level, and dimensions with contractors engineer to execution.

Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain work records.

Verify dimensions, elevations, and layouts before and after execution.

Prepare survey drawings, sketches, and as-built records.

Monitor excavation, foundation, structural, and finishing levels to ensure accuracy.

Conduct inspection of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete before casting.

Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with the project team.

Support in preparing bills, measurements, and work certifications.

SKILLS:

1. Strong knowledge of civil engineering works, drawings and construction techniques.

2. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.

3. Good Leadership, Communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
