Job Description

Oversee and manage civil construction activities at the Project site, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards

Execute day-to-day site supervision, work planning, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables

Review drawings, specifications, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution

Ability to lead and mentor staff and coordinate with various team

Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines at all stages of site work

Monitor and control labor, materials, and equipment utilization for cost efficiency

Conduct inspections, quality checks, and documentation of civil works progress

Coordinate with Seniors and report daily/weekly site progress and issues

Handle site-level problem-solving, risk assessment, and corrective actions

Willing to work at site

Requirements:-

Qualification: BE in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction, Building or related field.

4-5 years of relevant site experience.

Strong time management and Project management skill.

Dedication to learning new concept and strategies.

Experience building Construction will be a strong advantage.

Review and interpret engineering drawing to guide construction activities accurately.

Familiarity with engineering software, Auto CAD, Structural design principles and construction methodology.
