We are hiring a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities across our corporate and infrastructure projects. The role demands strong technical capability, meticulous planning and billing, and professional communication with client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily site activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Prepare and verify BOQs, RA bills, and final bills
Quantity take-off, rate analysis, and reconciliation of steel, concrete, and other key materials.
Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS)
Monitor progress vs. baseline; generate daily/weekly progress reports (DPR/WPR).
Coordinate with client's engineering team, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety (HSE), and environmental standards at site.
Support site planning: work sequencing, micro-scheduling, and look-ahead plans.
Handle site measurements, joint records, documentation, and as-built updates.
Assist in material indents, GRNs, MIVs, and inventory control with the store/PMC.
Must-Have Skills
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, site billing (RA/final), and quantity estimation.
Proficiency in reading drawings (civil/structural/architectural) and preparing BBS.
Hands-on with MS Excel, AutoCAD
Familiarity with IS codes, QA/QC checklists, and standard test procedures.
Excellent coordination, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
