Job Summary

A Site Civil Engineer oversees construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed according to design, safety standards, and timelines. They act as the technical backbone of the site, coordinating between contractors, consultants, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

- Technical Support: Interpret architectural and engineering plans; resolve on-site technical issues.

- Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to meet quality standards.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.

- Material Management: Track inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure proper usage.

- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on project status.

- Surveying & Layout: Assist in site layout, leveling, and surveying tasks.

- Team Coordination: Allocate tasks to laborers and supervise subcontractors.

- Budget Monitoring: Help control costs and suggest cost-saving measures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations

Pay: ?11,179.12 - ?41,822.21 per month
