Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee site execution for high-rise RCC building projects. The ideal candidate should be able to handle construction activities independently from start to finish. This position is open to male candidates only due to site-specific operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage civil construction activities on-site Supervise RCC high-rise buildings and finishing work Prepare and review bar bending schedules and shuttering details Plan daily and weekly site activities in advance Ensure effective utilization and management of materials, labor, and machinery Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors Track progress and provide regular updates to seniors Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately

Candidate Requirements:

Male candidate with 2 to 3 years of relevant site experience Strong knowledge of RCC building construction, finishing, shuttering, and BBS Capable of managing work independently on-site Proficient in reading civil drawings and project planning Good communication and coordination skills
