Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects on-site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on time, and according to plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site. Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements. Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site. Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure quality standards. Prepare progress reports and documentation. Solve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in project management software is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
