Job responsibility

Monitor day-to-day activities on the construction site. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and supervisors. Assist in preparing project schedules and tracking progress. Interpret construction drawings and resolve technical issues on site. Liaise with consultants, architects, and structural engineers to clarify design-related queries. Maintain records of work done and materials used. Prepare daily progress reports and submit to project managers. Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and machinery. Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization. Leading a team of junior engineers or site supervisors.
