Job Description

Site Management

: Oversees daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications.

Safety & Compliance

: Enforces safety protocols and regulations, conducts inspections, and maintains a safe work environment to protect workers and the public.

Quality Control

: Performs inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards and resolves any issues to maintain quality.

Workforce & Resource Management

: Manages on-site personnel, including laborers and subcontractors, and coordinates the allocation of materials and equipment to avoid delays.

Coordination & Communication

: Acts as a central point of contact, liaising with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Problem-Solving

: Identifies and resolves any on-site issues, conflicts, or unexpected challenges that may arise during the construction process.

Documentation

: Maintains accurate records of site activities, progress, costs, and quality control measures, often preparing and submitting reports.

Interpreting Plans

: Reads and interprets blueprints and technical drawings to ensure the construction work aligns with the approved designs and specifications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
