Qualification- Diploma or Degree (Civil) Experience- 2 to 3 years.
Job Role

Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure work is carried out as per the project schedule and specifications. Preparing

detailed project plans, blueprints, and designs

using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D. Supervise and direct site workers and subcontractors. Supervising construction activities and ensuring projects are completed

on time and within budget

. Coordinating between

architects, contractors, and consultants

. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards of construction work. Manage on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of work and materials. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material logs, and equipment usage. Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project execution. Taking quotations from ventures and consultants Preparing proposals and Bills
