Job Description

Project management and planning

Review technical drawings, blueprints, and site conditions to develop project plans. Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and clients. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Monitor project progress and ensure it stays on schedule and within budget. Handle the procurement of materials and equipment.
Site supervision and quality control

Supervise and direct on-site construction activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and tests to verify that work meets quality standards. Ensure all work adheres to design specifications and local regulations. Oversee the accuracy of site surveys and setting out.
Safety and compliance

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations on site. Implement and enforce health and safety policies to protect workers and the public. Obtain necessary permits and manage technical documentation.
Problem-solving and communication

Identify and resolve any on-site issues, problems, or delays that arise during construction. Serve as the main point of contact between the site team and other stakeholders. Prepare and submit progress reports and other required documentation. Provide technical advice and support to the construction team.
