Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution

: Supervise day-to-day site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Technical Oversight

: Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure proper implementation.

Site Coordination

: Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

Quality Assurance

: Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Health & Safety

: Enforce safety procedures and ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations.

Progress Reporting

: Maintain site records, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to project managers or senior engineers.

Problem Solving

: Address technical issues and troubleshoot problems on-site as they arise.

Material Management

: Monitor the use of materials and coordinate timely deliveries to prevent delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in construction or site supervision. Strong understanding of civil, structural, or architectural plans. Proficiency in site-level software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
