Location:

Madikeri (around 3km from the town)

Salary:

35-38k (Based on exp) plus Accommodation & Transportation provided.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related educational background

Req Exp:

Min 3-5 years of experience in a similar field with site supervision knowledge

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance requirements

- Proficiency in reporting and basic computer usage

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per plan

- Monitor labor, materials, and machinery utilization on site

- Ensure work is carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards

- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to maintain timelines

- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety standards are followed

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers regularly

- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly

- Ensure cost control and minimize wastage of materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
