Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications Ensure work is executed according to structural, architectural, and safety standards Coordinate masonry, RCC, finishing, and external works on site
2. Quality Control

Check material quality (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, blocks, etc.) before use Ensure proper workmanship in RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, curing, and plastering Maintain quality checklists and inspection records
3.Labour Management

Monitor productivity and ensure daily targets are met Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress
4.Planning & Scheduling

Prepare daily and weekly work plans Ensure materials, manpower, and machinery are available as per schedule Avoid delays by proactive site planning
5.Labour Management

Allocate work to contractors and labor teams Monitor productivity and ensure daily targets are met Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress
6.Material Management

Prepare material requisitions and track consumption Reduce material wastage and control site losses Maintain stock registers and inward/outward records
7.Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site records, measurement books, and daily progress reports (DPR) Record extra works, variations, and deviations Assist in project handover and completion documentation
8.Client & Office Coordination

Coordinate with project manager and head office Attend site meetings and update progress Support client inspections and resolve site-level issues
9.Prepare daily and weekly work plans

Ensure materials, manpower, and machinery are available as per schedule Avoid delays by proactive site planning
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering Minimum 1-5 years site experience (RCC residential / villa / commercial preferred) Knowledge of RCC, formwork, reinforcement detailing, and finishing works Ability to read drawings and manage multiple activities Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and site measurements

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
