SLBS Marklance is hiring a

Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor

for an ongoing residential construction project in Vyttila. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating daily construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor Monitor work progress, timelines, and material usage Maintain daily site reports and documentation Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution issues Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Experience in residential construction projects preferred Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site safety Ability to manage labor and multiple site tasks efficiently Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to stay at site (accommodation provided)
