We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee our construction projects from ground-breaking to completion. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to architectural designs, safety standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between design and execution, managing both technical complexities and personnel. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring all activities align with the approved blueprints and specifications. Technical Support: Provide technical advice and solve unexpected complications or design flaws that arise during the build. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and material testing to ensure the highest standards of structural integrity and finishing. Surveying & Setting Out: Perform site surveys and establish control points for the precise positioning of structures. Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace. Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, tracking labor productivity, material usage, and project milestones.
