Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 1+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
Proficient in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily construction activities across assigned sites
Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and submit regular MIS updates
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms
Monitor material delivery, usage, and manage site inventory effectively
Plan weekly targets, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones
Oversee measurements, snag lists, and client walk-throughs during handover stages
Skills & Attributes
Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, layout, and site execution
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and mobile-based reporting systems
Ability to independently manage multiple sites and labour teams
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
