Following the success of The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort (Kerala), Rockholm at the Lighthouse Beach (Trivandrum), and Retreat Park am See Nattika (Germany), we are now developing a new wellness-focused retreat in Chavakkad, Thrissur. This project embraces traditional Kerala architecture, contemporary design sensibilities, and sustainable construction practices to create a high-quality retreat environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Site Supervisor
to oversee on-ground execution of construction activities for our new retreat project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, contractor coordination, and site management, with the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, and vendors to achieve high standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate closely with the Architectural Design Team and report to the Site Mentor/Project Management.
Monitor contractor performance, resolve site challenges, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Assist in material planning, procurement, and logistics aligned with project timelines.
Review technical drawings and highlight discrepancies or value-engineering suggestions.
Track work schedules, manpower deployment, and progress milestones.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
Enforce safety guidelines and conduct periodic safety audits and toolbox meetings.
Support quality control and provide feedback for improvements.
Maintain thorough site documentation including daily reports, measurements, material logs, and progress summaries.
Organize briefings or skill-orientation sessions for workers as needed.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
Minimum
10 years
of experience in site supervision or construction project execution.
Experience in hospitality, institutional, or wellness projects will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong organizational, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
Ability to read technical drawings and manage subcontractors effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Kerala construction norms, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to manage timelines and operate in a structured reporting environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
?30,000 - ?40,000 per month
