Position Summary

We are seeking a

Civil Site Engineer

with strong site execution experience and hands-on knowledge of

quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis using AutoCAD and MS Excel

. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, drawings interpretation, material estimation, and maintaining project quality and timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Ensure work is executed as per quality, safety, and project standards Monitor material usage and control wastage
Estimation & Quantity Surveying

Prepare

quantity take-offs and cost estimates

from drawings Develop

BOQs using AutoCAD drawings and Excel sheets

Assist in rate analysis and material requirement planning Track actual quantities vs estimated quantities
Drawing & Documentation

Read, understand, and interpret

structural and architectural drawings

Use

AutoCAD

for measurement, area calculation, and drawing references Maintain site records, measurement books, and daily progress reports
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with the design, procurement, and billing teams Support billing engineers by providing accurate site measurements Prepare progress reports and submit updates to project managers
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering

Minimum

1-3 years of site experience

(can be adjusted) Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD for estimation and drawing analysis

Proficiency in

MS Excel (formulas, quantity sheets, BOQs)

Basic understanding of construction materials and methods Ability to work independently at site
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

billing, rate analysis, and contractor coordination

Experience in residential / commercial projects Familiarity with local construction practices and standards
Software Skills

AutoCAD MS Excel MS Word
