PIE Builders and Developers is seeking an experienced and responsible

Civil Site Engineer

with a minimum of

2 years of site experience

to handle and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for quality execution, site coordination, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day

civil construction works

as per approved drawings and specifications Ensure

quality control

and adherence to safety standards at site Coordinate with

contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams

Monitor project progress, manpower, and material consumption Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues Prepare

measurements, BOQs, bills, and site reports

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams Ensure work completion as per project schedules and timelines Maintain proper site documentation and daily progress reports

Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering

Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience

(Freshers need not apply) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution Ability to read and interpret

structural and architectural drawings

Working knowledge of

AutoCAD, MS Excel

(preferred) Good communication and site coordination skills Willingness to work at multiple project sites if required
