Prepare project drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors..
Conduct site inspections and review work progress regularly.
Buildings, civil structures, and utility areas
Flooring, roofing, drainage, painting, waterproofing, etc.
Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from branches.
Monitor AMC works related to civil maintenance.
Ensure adherence to local building norms, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Drawings, approvals, completion reports
Maintenance records and asset details

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
