Key Responsibilities:
Execute site work as per structural & architectural drawings
Track daily/weekly progress and update reports
Ensure quality control, site safety & cost management
Coordinate labour, subcontractors & material flow
Assist in material planning, quantity checks & billing
Requirements:
B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
1-5 years of experience in high-rise building construction
Strong communication, planning & problem-solving skills
