Candidate Profile:

Education:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Civil)

Experience:

10-15 years in civil site execution or construction supervision

Age:

40-55 years Strong understanding of drawings, measurements, materials, and on-site coordination Ability to manage labor, contractors, and daily work schedules Good communication, problem-solving skills, and strong site management experience Reliable, disciplined, and capable of working independently

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities Review and interpret drawings and specifications for accurate site execution Coordinate with contractors and ensure work meets quality and safety standards Monitor material usage and maintain proper site documentation Prepare daily progress reports and assist in project planning Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with proper resource management
We are looking for a dedicated professional with significant on-site experience who can take ownership of responsibilities and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
