Hiring: Site Engineers (2-8 Years Experience) | High-Rise Projects

Location: Multiple Project Sites @Ernakulam

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Site Engineers to join our construction team for ongoing high-rise and residential projects. The role involves full-time site supervision, coordination with contractors, quality monitoring, and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor quality, safety, and progress as per project plan Prepare daily/weekly reports and documentation Assist in planning, execution, and troubleshooting at site Liaise with project managers for smooth workflow
Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering 2-8 years of relevant construction/site experience Strong understanding of execution, drawings, and site processes Willingness to work full-time at project sites Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:

Experience in high-rise building construction Ability to handle labor, contractors, and fast-track environments
