Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on construction site management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per engineering drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow Ensure the timely availability of materials and resources at the site Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions Verify measurements and assist in billing and documentation Maintain records of site inspections, material usage, equipment, and labor productivity

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and civil engineering standards Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications Proficient in MS Office and site management tools Good communication and leadership skills Ability to handle pressure and resolve site-related challenges

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work on-site full-time Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
