R&R Builders and Interiors, one of the leading construction and interior design firms in Thrissur, is looking for an experienced

Site Engineer (Civil)

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, managing labor and materials, ensuring work quality, and coordinating with architects and project managers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure timely project execution. Manage labor, materials, and site documentation. Ensure safety standards and quality control at the construction site. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients for smooth workflow. Prepare progress reports and handle site inspections.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Location Preference:

Candidates residing within 15 km of Thrissur are preferred.
