Qualification : BTech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Age : below 33 years

Salary: 23000 to 25000

Job Responsibilities

Executing work based on the GFC (Good for Construction) Drawing.

Work scheduling and reviewing the progress based on the schedule.

Quality control on day to day work.

Wastage control on day to day work.

Cost control on day to day work.

Arranging work front to the sub-contractors in advance.

Forecasting material requirement and intending materials based on the work schedule.

Ensuring site safety and taking precautions.

Preparing contractors weekly bill based on the actual work done.

Preparing daily and weekly reports.

Meeting with sub staff for reviewing their day to day activity.

Solving all site issues.

Over and above any work instructed by the Managing Director related to the Construction activity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
