Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Reports to: Project Manager/Site Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee and manage site operations, including construction, installation, and testing activities.

2.

Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

3.

Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications.

4.

Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

5.

Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of materials and services.

6.

Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular site inspections and testing to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications.

7.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including project updates, issues, and resolutions.

8.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other site engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements:

1.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

3.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.

4.

Certifications: Valid certification in safety management, quality control, or project management is an added advantage.
