Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications

Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage

Coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, and project managers

Prepare daily work reports and submit progress updates

Ensure quality control and safety measures are followed at the site

Assist in quantity measurement and estimation work

Handle minor site-level project planning and material management

Liaise with government departments (if required for project work)

Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute

Minimum 0-2 years of site experience (freshers with good knowledge are welcome)

Good understanding of civil construction methods and materials

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)

Willingness to travel to site locations as per project requirements

Strong communication and team coordination skills
