Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
2. Supervise and manage construction workers, laborers, and subcontractors.
3. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
4. Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
6. Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials.
Essential Skills:1. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
4. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
5. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:1. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision.
3. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) are an advantage.
