Pie Builders and Developers is seeking an experienced

Site Engineer

to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a

minimum of 7 years of experience

in site supervision, project execution, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely project completion. Monitor site progress, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and laborers for smooth workflow. Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues. Maintain project documentation, including reports and work schedules. Oversee material procurement and resource allocation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering

or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience

in site execution and project management. Strong knowledge of

construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools

. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
