Job Description

3 to 6 years of experience in Civil Field. Submission of Sanction Drawings and Fall up with the govt departments for further approvals. Should be able to prepare BOQ & Estimates single handedly Conduct Daily Meeting with the Design & Cvil team to ensure all the ongoing works are in tact. Need to delegate the work to the supervisors in a presised manner. Should be smart and enough to handle site and client. Candidates haling from Thrissur district will be given more preferences. Auto CAD knowledge is mandatory Driving License is mandatory, (Candidate with two wheelers will be an added advantage for the post) Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders Handle over the resulting structures and services for use Monitor progress and compile reports in project status Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
