Job Description

Monitor and manage on-site activities to ensure construction aligns with plans, and specifications. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with company policies and local regulations. Oversee materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any site-related issues. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of construction materials. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers comply with health and safety standards. Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment. Document and report any incidents or accidents immediately to the management team. Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks. Identify defects or deviations from plans and initiate corrective actions. Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site. Maintain daily site logs, including progress updates, issues faced, and actions taken. Provide weekly progress reports to the Project Manager. Documenting any design or process changes made during construction. Preparing handover documents after project completion. Supervise and motivate site workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to timelines. Address concerns or conflicts on-site effectively to maintain a cohesive team environment. Monitor project budgets, preventing unnecessary expenses or delays. Suggest cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and compliance. Supervising day-to-day construction work to ensure it aligns with project plans.
Qualification

B tech/ Diploma is preferred. 1-3 years of experience preferred. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
