Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. This role involves coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

2. Coordination: Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Quality Control: Monitor work quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.

4. Safety Oversight: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

5. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, report to management, and address any issues or delays.

6. Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.

7. Documentation: Maintain records of site activities, progress, and issues.

Requirements:

1. Experience in construction supervision or related field

2. Knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulations

3. Strong organizational and communication skills

4. Ability to lead and motivate workers

5. Problem-solving skills to address site issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
