Job Role: Site Supervisor - Civil

We are hiring a Male Site Supervisor to assist in managing and monitoring day-to-day activities at villa construction sites. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in civil construction who are passionate about maintaining quality and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in overseeing on-site construction activities and workforce

Assist in ensuring quality standards and accurate execution of construction work

Check materials, workmanship, and basic structural alignments during construction

Help interpret and follow architectural and structural plans

Maintain daily records, work checklists, and basic site documentation

Report site updates and any issues to the QC

Ensure compliance with safety rules and worksite discipline

Assist in material management and arrangement on-site
