Job Description

Minimum 5 Year Experience

Project Management:

? Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.

? Collaborate with project managers and architects to achieve project goals.

Site Operations:

? Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

? Supervise and coordinate, resolving issues and providing technical guidance.

Quality Control:

? Implement and enforce quality control measures, ensuring high construction standards are maintained.

? Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship, addressing defects promptly.

Health and Safety:

? Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.

? Conduct safety briefings and ensure all workers and contractors comply with safety regulations.

Documentation:

? Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports and material logs.

? Keep detailed records of site activities, changes, and variations.

? Provide day to day measurement of works completed to Quantity Surveyor and keep the RAB updated.

Cost Management:

? Monitor project expenditures, ensuring alignment with the budget.

? Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.

Communication:

? Foster effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.

? Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
