Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (CIvil) to oversee building maintenance operations, focusing on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The successful candidate will ensure timely and efficient maintenance, coordinate with clients, and lead the team to achieve exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate MEP maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality work.

2. Conduct regular inspections identify areas for improvement.

3. Liaise with clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions.

4. Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers.

5. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Coordinate maintenance and repair work, including obtaining quotations and supervising contractors.

2. Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. Proven experience in client management and relationship building , building maintenance, preferably in MEP.

3. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems.

4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

5. Ability to work & manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
