Job Description

The engineer shall be responsible for the daily on-site technical supervision, coordination, and management of civil engineering works. This role ensures that construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The Site Engineer acts as the primary technical point of contact on-site, facilitating smooth communication between the project team, subcontractors, and clients.

Major responsibilities include:

Oversee and manage daily construction activities on site, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved methods. Prepare and maintain detailed daily site reports, progress reports, and quality control documentation. Monitor progress, quality of work, and safety performance of the construction team and subcontractors. Identify potential problems and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Technical Skills

: Auto-Cad, Excel, Word.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior knowledge of state and central government department norms and standards (i.e. DSR, USSOR, PWD manual, etc.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
