Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute construction work at the site as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards Monitor project progress and report daily site activities to the Project Manager Check and verify materials received at site as per BOQ and specifications Maintain site records such as DPR, material register, and labour attendance Ensure compliance with safety rules and site discipline Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors for site-related clarifications Identify and resolve technical issues at site Assist in inspections, measurements, and billing verification Ensure work is completed within the given timelines and budget

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering 1-5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects Good knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution Ability to read and understand drawings Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred) Strong coordination and communication skills Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Residential or commercial real estate projects High-rise buildings, villas, or plotted developments

Pay: ₹10,645.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month
