Job Summary

We are looking for a

Billing & Execution Engineer

for

Government BCD Projects

to manage site execution activities along with billing, measurement, and documentation work. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality construction execution, accurate billing, and coordination with contractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site as per drawings and specifications. Ensure work execution as per approved plans, BOQs, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for smooth execution. Monitor material usage and ensure proper material reconciliation. Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline. Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and site records.
Billing & Documentation Responsibilities

Prepare and verify

running bills (RA bills)

and final bills of contractors. Take joint measurements and maintain

Measurement Books (MB)

. Prepare

BOQ comparison statements

, rate analysis, and cost estimates. Verify quantities as per drawings and site execution. Assist in certification of bills and submission to the accounts department. Maintain billing records, drawings, and site-related documentation.
Qualifications

BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Knowledge of building / infrastructure project execution and billing.
Experience

5 to 6 years

of relevant experience in

billing and site execution

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

BOQ, billing, and measurements

Ability to read and interpret drawings Knowledge of

MS Excel, AutoCAD

(basic) Good coordination and communication skills Willingness to work at site location (Khunti)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
