Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day site activities as per drawings and technical specifications. Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and vendors for smooth execution. Monitor materials usage and prevent wastage.

2. Quality Control

Conduct regular inspections to maintain work quality. Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety norms, and company procedures. Verify workmanship as per approved drawings and specifications.

3. Measurement & Billing

Take accurate site measurements for billing and documentation. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the Project Manager. Assist in preparing contractor bills and material reconciliation.

4. Material & Resource Management

Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Maintain proper records of materials received and consumed at site. Coordinate with procurement and stores team.

5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure implementation of safety protocols on site. Report any unsafe practices or accidents immediately. Support Safety Officer in conducting toolbox talks and safety audits.

6. Drawings & Documentation

Study and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Maintain documentation such as DPR (Daily Progress Report), WPR, checklists, QA/QC formats, etc. Communicate any discrepancies in drawings to senior engineers.

7. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with clients, consultants, and management regarding site progress. Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs when required. Resolve technical issues at site promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil 4 -7 years of experience in project site execution Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Good communication and team-coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic site reporting formats.

Additional Requirements (Optional)

Willingness to relocate as per project needs. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in remote site locations.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
