Job Description

We are seeking a Site Engineer with strong knowledge on-site civil construction experience to oversee and coordinate construction activities for a 1.6 GW solar module manufacturing plant. The candidate will ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and alignment with project.

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities related to civil construction (PEB, RCC, foundations,

utility trenches, drainage, roads, etc.).

Coordinate between contractors, vendors, and project management teams.

Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

Review structural and architectural drawings; flag technical deviations or execution issues.

Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Support installation of mechanical utilities (compressed air, HVAC, chilled water, fire-fighting) interfacing

with civil foundations and supports.

Manage civil works related to plant infrastructure (admin block, utilities, internal roads, etc.).

Ensure resource optimization and resolve bottlenecks at site.

Handle quality checks (steel, concrete, reinforcement, workmanship).

Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely inputs and clearances.

Pay: ?10,524.49 - ?37,546.87 per month
