Job Description

Project Planning & Design:

Review architectural and engineering drawings, analyze site conditions, and collaborate with other stakeholders to optimize project plans.

Site Management:

Oversee daily operations, supervise labor, and manage subcontractors.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical advice, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with quality standards, and conduct inspections.

Documentation:

Prepare reports, maintain records, and file necessary documents.

Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee safety protocols.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with clients, construction crews, and other professionals.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve technical difficulties and project delays.

Material & Equipment:

Manage the organization of construction materials and equipment.
Required Skills:

Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Understanding of construction regulations and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Experience with site surveying and layout.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or project management. Field experience on construction sites is highly desirable. Certifications like LEED or PMP may be beneficial.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
