Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors. Manage labour, materials, quality, safety, and project timelines. Handle site measurements, progress reports, scheduling, and billing support.

Key Skills & Competencies

Experience in architect-designed residential projects and quality finishes. Strong coordination, communication, and team leadership skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and site management tools.
