Job Description

Inspect and test samples of materials and products for defects and deviations from specifications Observe execution of works to ensure conformance to requirements and specifications Proactive role in suggesting methodology to prevent errors in design and execution Identify errors in construction or design and give solutions/inputs for correction/s Implementation of necessary checklists, quality plans and works as per quality plans Identify and suggests ideas to fill loopholes in safety and threats Monitor, train the contractors team for proper execution as per the design and details Proper documentation of each project related design details, calculations, drawings, transmittals etc. Periodic site visit to monitor workmanship to match the designs Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary imitations Plan all architectural and structural construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met Candidate should have the knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD, MS Projects/Primavera Client Billing and checking of contractors and sub contractors bills Prepare and track time schedule, cost overruns, modifications list etc.
