Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage interfaces with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams while handling simultaneous site operations. Demonstrate sound understanding of construction procedures, materials, and execution methodologies related to

any three

of the following WBS: Industrial civil works Infrastructure development including plant buildings, underground utilities, roads, and buildings Process and Non-Process Buildings Precast pipe racks and tankages Dewatering and shoring systems Assist in obtaining site-related permits, approvals, and licenses from relevant authorities as required for construction activities. Plan, deploy, and optimize site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient execution from start to mechanical completion. Supervise and ensure subcontractors perform their assigned scope strictly as per contractual terms, responsibility matrix, approved drawings, and specifications. Identify and mitigate site-level issues proactively to minimize risks related to delays, claims, rework, and milestone slippages. Ensure all construction activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications, battery limits, safety norms, and industry quality standards. Participate in project review and coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication and trust. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices as an integral part of site execution to protect personnel, equipment, and the environment. Monitor daily and weekly progress and prepare detailed site reports and MIS, highlighting completed works, areas of concern, and corrective actions with suggested solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs Good coordination and communication skills Awareness of HSE standards and quality control processes Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 4-6 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure construction projects
