Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Executive to join our team at Nestopia Interiors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities on-site, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan, and maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily site operations, including supervising site staff and laborers

- Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols

- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues

- Implement corrective actions to address defects or deviations from plans

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and quality standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Familiarity with construction software and tools

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in interior construction or fit-out projects

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

- Certification in quality management or safety management is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
