Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to oversee construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to meet project deadlines. Check levels, layouts, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete work. Maintain records of daily progress reports, site inspections, and material usage. Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth execution. Ensure proper quality control and adherence to safety protocols. Report any issues, delays, or risks to the Project Engineer/Manager. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 2-3 years of relevant site execution experience in building/infrastructure projects. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures. Proficient in reading and interpreting civil drawings. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle site challenges effectively. Additional Requirements: Willingness to work at project sites. Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities. Knowledge of quality and safety standards is an advantage.
