Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per plan Monitor labor, materials, and machinery utilization on site Ensure work is carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to maintain timelines Conduct site inspections and ensure safety standards are followed Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers regularly Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly Ensure cost control and minimize wastage of materials Support in managing site documentation and records

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of safety practices and compliance requirements Proficiency in reporting and basic computer usage

-Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related educational background

-Experience: Min 2-5 years of experience in a similar field with site supervision knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
