Site Engineer - Package - 30k - 35KExperience - 2 - 3 yrs 1. Managing and supervising projects on-site 2. Understand the project requirement and match the specification accordingly. 3. Maintain quality and safety standards 4. Payment follow up from time to time 5. Play a crucial role in problem-solving, resource management, and documentation. 6. Keep in touch with the user till the completion of the work process. 7. Provide technical advice, solve problems that arise during work execution. 8. Maintaining relationship with users and convince them to give new projects. 9. Preparing of Quotations, Purchase orders, Invoices and Delivery Challans as and when needed.10. Official activities of the day should be reported to the Head Office on daily basis.11. Oversee the activities, manage resources, and coordinate between different teams to maintain quality and meetdeadlines12. Conduct inspections, monitor progress, and ensure the quality of work meets the required standards.13. They manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring they meet industry standards.14. Site Engineers maintain detailed site reports, progress reports, and other necessary documentation.15. They communicate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.17. Ability to lead and motivate construction teams.18. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.19. Involve in inspection and take responsibility till final acceptance and payment follow up thereafter.20. Ability to set schedules and collaborate with different team members21. Monitoring site supervisor's activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,145.75 per month
