Position: Site Engineer

Location: Majestic & Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

Experience: 2 - 3 years / 3 - 5 years

Take Home Salary: ?23,000 - ?30,000 per month

Education Qualification:

B.E. in Civil Engineering

Skills Required:

Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Excel, ERP Software)

AutoCAD & Drawing Analysis

Project Supervision & Execution

Quantity Surveying & Site Measurement

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution:

Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is completed as per the approved drawings and schedule.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.

2. Drawing & Documentation:

Use AutoCAD for drawing verification and implementation.

Maintain site reports, work progress records, and project documentation.

3. Billing & Quantity Estimation:

Prepare quantity estimations and verify contractor bills.

Track material usage and labor costs.

4. Quality Control & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Conduct inspections and resolve site issues.

5. Coordination & Reporting:

Communicate with project managers, architects, and consultants.

Prepare and submit progress reports regularly.
